1. Booking & Cancellation

We kindly ask you to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other patients.

2. No-Show Fee

Please note that in the event of a "no-show" or if an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, Dermedesthetic GmbH reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee to compensate for the lost time slot.

We reserve the right to invoice this fee via email or apply it to your next visit.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
