1. General Information
Dermedesthetic GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the “Clinic”) is a specialized medical center located in Lucerne, Switzerland. We offer a wide range of advanced aesthetic and medical treatments. All services are provided in a pleasant and professional atmosphere by competent and experienced specialists.
By booking an appointment via our website, by phone, or in person, the patient agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking and Binding Nature
The booking system on our website allows the reservation of a specific time slot for a consultation or treatment.
Binding Reservation: Once the booking process is completed, the appointment is considered binding.
Time Management: The reserved time is allocated exclusively to you. Punctuality is kindly requested. In case of late arrival, the treatment duration may be shortened to avoid delays for subsequent patients; the full treatment price may still apply.
3. Payment Terms
Payment on Site: Services and treatments are not paid online. Payment is due immediately after the treatment at the clinic.
Accepted Payment Methods: Major credit/debit cards, cash (CHF), and valid Dermedesthetic gift cards are accepted.
Pricing: Prices listed on the website are indicative. The final cost depends on the individual treatment plan agreed upon during the consultation.
4. Cancellation Policy (No-Show Fee)
Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Late Cancellation / No-Show: If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or the patient does not appear without prior notice, Dermedesthetic GmbH reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee or invoice the full cost of the consultation.
This fee compensates for the reserved time and medical resources.
5. Medical Standards & Personnel Qualifications
The Clinic operates strictly in accordance with Swiss medical legislation and safety regulations. Patient safety is the highest priority.
A. Qualification of Personnel
Medical & Injectable Treatments: Injections (e.g. botulinum toxin, fillers) and invasive procedures are performed exclusively by licensed physicians or qualified medical staff under their direct supervision and responsibility.
Hardware Treatments (Laser, HIFU, Cryolipolysis): Treatments involving non-ionizing radiation or sound are performed in full compliance with the V-NISSG ordinance, either by a physician or by personnel holding a valid certificate of competence (Sachkundenachweis).
High-Risk Procedures: Complex treatments, including tattoo or permanent make-up removal and procedures in sensitive areas (e.g. near the eyes), are performed exclusively by an FMH-certified physician or specially qualified personnel under strict medical supervision, in compliance with V-NISSG regulations.
B. Equipment and Products (Swissmedic)
All medical devices are CE-marked or medically certified and maintained according to manufacturer specifications.
Only pharmaceutical products and medical devices approved by Swissmedic for the respective indication are used.
6. Patient Rights & Informed Consent
Prior to any treatment, a consultation is conducted to assess suitability.
Informed Consent: No treatment is performed without the patient’s free and informed consent. A written consent form detailing procedure, risks, side effects, alternatives, and costs is provided.
Right to Information: Patients have the right to ask questions and fully understand all medical aspects before proceeding.
Medical Records: A secure patient dossier is maintained in accordance with Swiss data protection law (nFADP) and medical confidentiality regulations. Patients may request access to their records.
7. Health Information & Liability
Patient Responsibility: Patients must provide complete and truthful information regarding health status, previous treatments, allergies, and current medication.
Liability: The Clinic assumes no liability for complications arising from withheld medical information or failure to follow post-treatment instructions.
Aesthetic Results: Aesthetic medicine does not guarantee specific outcomes; therefore, no assurance of a particular aesthetic result can be given.
8. Data Protection
Personal and medical data are processed confidentially. Further details are provided in the Privacy Policy.
9. Jurisdiction
Place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, Switzerland. Swiss law applies.
