General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Online Orders

1. Scope and Conclusion of Contract

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all sales of products (cosmetics/skincare) via the online shop of Dermedesthetic GmbH.

1.1. Ordering Process The presentation of products in the online shop constitutes a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the button "Place Order & Pay", you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm the dispatch of the goods or notify you that the goods are ready for pickup.

1.2. Availability & Pre-Orders Our stock at the clinic is limited.

  • If an item is in stock, it will be shipped within the specified delivery window.

  • Out of Stock: If a product is not available online, please contact us via email at praxis@dermedesthetic.ch. We can arrange a special pre-order for you. Delivery times for pre-orders will be communicated individually.

 

2. Prices and Payment

2.1. Prices All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF).

  • VAT: Since Dermedesthetic GmbH is not currently subject to Value Added Tax (MWST), prices are final and do not include VAT.

  • Shipping Costs: Prices do not include shipping costs. A fixed shipping fee will be added to your order at checkout if you choose delivery.

2.2. Payment Payment is due immediately upon placing the order. We accept payments via the methods provided in the checkout (e.g., Credit Cards via Wix Payments).

 

3. Delivery and Pickup

We currently deliver exclusively to addresses within Switzerland.

3.1. Shipping (Post)

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery time is between 4 to 10 working days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated.

  • Delays: Delays caused by the shipping service provider (e.g., Swiss Post) are beyond our control and do not entitle the customer to cancel the order or claim damages.

3.2. Local Pickup (Click & Collect) You may choose to pick up your order directly at our clinic:

  • Address: Dermedesthetic GmbH, Zürichstrasse 43, 6004 Luzern.

  • Cost: Pickup is free of charge.

  • Notification: You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation with you.

 

4. No Right of Return (Hygiene Policy)

Please note that there is no right of return or exchange for cosmetic products. Due to health protection and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of skincare products once they have left our clinic. All sales are final.

  • Exception (Defects): If you receive a damaged or incorrect product (e.g., broken bottle during transport), you must notify us via email within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the damage. In the event of a proven defect, we will provide a replacement or a refund.

 

5. Liability

Dermedesthetic GmbH is not liable for any adverse reactions or lack of results resulting from the use of the products.

  • Please read the ingredients list carefully before use to strictly avoid allergic reactions.

  • Consult our specialists if you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your skin type.

 

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Dermedesthetic GmbH until full payment has been received.

 

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss Law. The place of jurisdiction is Lucerne.
